Our exceptional team of chartered accountants, chartered management accountants and tax professionals has 80 plus years’ cumulative accounting, tax, and business consulting experience.

Our accountants are registered either with SAICA or CIMA – two of the most pre-eminent accounting bodies, while our tax practitioners are registered with SAIT – the most creditable tax body in South Africa.
We use the world’s leading cloud-based accounting systems, and cloud applications, to automate the recording and processing of your businesses’ transactions and documents – significantly streamlining and expediting the process of your books.
Our Managing Director, Ryan Kraut, is a CA(SA), has a Masters in Taxation, and is a published accounting textbook author. Moreover, he has over 15 years accounting, assurance, taxation, and financial management experience, gained working for a major JSE listed company, a big 4 accounting firm and running his own accounting practice.
We charge a fixed monthly fee for our core accounting, tax and secretarial services. We don’t charge for any additional services like financial statements or tax returns. You are therefore able to be in control of fees and to budget accordingly.
We have a team of dedicated account managers, one of whom will be assigned as YOUR PERSONAL account manager and with whom you build a lasting business relationship.
